The University of Khartoum School of Administrative Sciences celebrated the opening of the Entrepreneurship Center on Thursday 8th of March 2018 at Sharjah Hall, in the presence of a group of businessmen, including the Chairman of Dalama Osama Daoud Group, Chairman of the Nafi Holding Group and the Director of Bank of Khartoum.
The director of the University of Khartoum, Professor Ahmed Mohammed Suleiman, said that the center represents an addition to the university and students and researchers, and a good opportunity to serve the community for his role in the graduation of business leaders, and pledged to provide assistance to the Center and other centers of the University. Called the Center to organize Entrepreneurship Week and Innovations, he said the community is in dire need of such ideas.
The Dean of the School of Administrative Sciences, Professor Abdul Qader Mohammed Ahmed, pointed out that the center benefits all faculties and institutions of the university, calling for introducing pioneering education in the curricula and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among young people, with interest in small and medium enterprises. Dr. Amin Hashim Sulaiman, head of the Investment and Technology Promotion Office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), NDI Chairman Dr. Amin Bashir Al Nafidi, the Director of the Central Trade Company Ahmed Amin Abdul Latif and the Director of the Bank of Khartoum, Mr. Fadi Al-Subhi Subhi, also expressed their support for the Center for Entrepreneurship .
